Do you provide written estimates?

Yes. For repairs over $50, you are entitled to a written estimate. If repairs are expected to exceed the estimate by more than 20%, your prior approval is required.

Do you perform engine or transmission replacement?

Yes. We replace engines and transmissions following OEM procedures, including reseal, fluids, and required programming/adaptation.

Do you charge a card surcharge?

No. We do not add any surcharge for card payments. Your card-issuing bank may assess its own fees.

What is your storage policy?

Storage is $45/day beginning on the 4th calendar day after notice of completion, and only for days the vehicle is not being worked on.
