By providing your mobile phone number to Biturbo Auto Repair — verbally, via our contact form, or during vehicle check-in — and indicating consent, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Biturbo Auto Repair regarding your vehicle service, including:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Repair status updates
- Estimate approvals and digital vehicle inspection results
- Pickup notifications and invoice summaries
- Occasional service promotions (only if separately opted in)
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving repair services.
2. How to Opt In

- Verbally providing your mobile number and consent during vehicle check-in

3. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, text START.

Message frequency varies based on your active service appointments and vehicle status. You may receive multiple messages per visit, or none between visits.

Your mobile number and messaging consent status are stored securely and used solely to send service-related communications from Biturbo Auto Repair. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number to third parties for marketing purposes.
